Treatment takes 45 mins to one hour and can be performed directly onto skin or through light loose clothing – no tight jeans please !

Advice

We advise no other body work is carried out for a few days before treatment and while you are receiving Bowen Therapy i.e.  physiotherapy, acupuncture, refloxology. This is to ensure the body is not overloaded with conflicting information, reducing the effectiveness of the Bowen treatment.

Please drink lots of water in the days after treatment to keep the body hydrated.

Our bodies respond individually to the therapy and different ailments, injuries and conditions can require differing amounts of treatment. A long term, more chronic condition, may often require more than the recommended three treatments and some acute conditions will be resolved after one treatment .
